Exchange And Return Policy


We have strict quality control. All items will be checked to ensure in good condition before ship out.

STRICTLY NO exchange or return of goods are allowed unless for defective goods.

Exchange items / merchandise must be in original condition or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

We will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted. Please also note that merchandise that are damaged as a result of improper use are not considered to be faulty or defective.

If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.

If in our sole opinion, the goods you have returned to us are not faulty or damaged, and correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website, or they have not been returned in accordance with our return policies or they have not been returned in accordance within the relevant returns period from receipt of order, you will not be entitled to an exchange and we will return the goods to you at your costs and expense.

Online Purchase: Return within 3 days of receiving the products ordered from the Hoe Huat Hang Trading Sdn Bhd online store (www.happyhomemalaysia.com) Example: If you received the products on 1st May, please return the products by shipping it to our warehouse by 3th May.

If the products has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount (i.e. paid price for the products less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. The coupon code may be replaced at our sole discretion if the products to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.)

Products sold at marked down prices due to defects cannot be returned.

For Online Purchase via ‘Online Payment’ (Debit/ Credit Card, Online Banking):
Products can be returned ONLY to our warehouse via parcel return.
Return & refund to physical stores will NOT be accepted.

Hoe Huat Hang Trading Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject requests for returns and / or refunds where such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and / or there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.

Hoe Huat Hang Trading Sdn Bhd reserves the right for final decision.
